One of the worst things a company can do is take a working application and arbitrary decide to "upgrade" it, thus revoking the previous success they already had on their hands for no specific reason at all. Security was never an issue with it; it was also quick and efficient. But now we had to deal with weeks of emails about this unnecessary service change, alongside even having the service be rendered completely unavailable at some point. This really felt like an amateur intern's folly.

I'm sorry but the new version is horrible. I had a very hard time in the beginning registering and logging in after multiple calls to the bank. Now it happens too often where it can't log you in it just says try later or call for assistance. I'm trying to be patient while y'all work out the glitches but its difficult.

This is a terrible app. It's unreliable and unresponsive. It has errors every single time I attempt to use it. I can only access my account about half the time, regardless of how strong my connection is. And you can forget about trying to look through old transactions. If the app worked the way it's supposed to, it would be a solid 3- to 4-star banking app. I guess being a local credit union rather than a huge banking institution doesn't allow Neighbors to create a reliable functioning app.
